A former co-worker asked me to join him on a trip to the south of France with his self-made camper van. I said yes and gladly joined him for a couple of days. First, we stayed close to the Swiss border (Nancy) before moving to the south. My colleague is a passionate windsurfer, so we stayed at a camping site close to a place with very good wind conditions (La Tour Fondue). On days without much wind, we went to visit the city of Hyères and on my last day to Marseille. There we drive into the narrow old town with our camper by accident and had a hard time finding out of this labyrinth.
